The Therizinosaurus skeleton was discovered in 1979. Like most living animals, they spent as much time engaged in feeding as in any other activity. It often reared on its hind limbs hooking foliage-bearing branches with its forelimbs, and drawing them to its mouth. An ability to forage at high levels allowed the dinosaur to occupy an ecologic niche inaccessible to all contemporary herbivores. Extra large means extra realistic! Children marvel at our jumbo-sized "Great Dino" collection of some of the best-known dinosaurs to ever roam the planet.
