The band Disciple manages to effortlessly blend Southern rock, punk-metal, and a CCM message on their eighth studio album, a follow-up to their mega-successful 2006 release, SCARS REMAIN. By turns earnestly emotional ("Lay My Burdens," "Whatever Reason"), aggressively punk ("Whisper So Loud," "Romance Me"), and playfully crunk (title track), the band's sincerity and musical muscle are an equal match.
