Anyone who thinks contemporary Jesus music doesn't jam will realize after one listen that they are sorely mistaken. The bass is big, the drums drive, the pianos and organs soothe and the choir is like a pack of angels muscling their way into your soul.
These are uplifting songs with words that are both accessible and powerful. Pastor Walker knows how to control the magic: the choir sings en force at points, then splits off into multi-sectioned harmony, before bringing their message home with gorgeous, soul-stirring power.
