William Fairham was a late 19th century and early 20th century practical woodworker and prolific author of texts on woodworking. He wrote for The Woodworker Series, published by Evans Bros. Gary Roberts is the publisher of Toolemera Press, specialized in returning to print classic books on early crafts, trades and industries. He is a retired Librarian and Counselor.
