Hendrik M Vroom is Professor emeritus in Philosophy of Religion at VU University Amsterdam. He has been co-ordinator of the research group Encounter of Traditions, now the Amsterdam Centre for Cultural and Religious Diversity. He is co-editor of research projects on topics such as inter-religious sharing, diverse theologies of religion, religious values/human rights, religion/violence and reconciliation.
