About the Author

Graham Virgo (QC (Hon)) is Professor of English Private Law and Senior Pro-Vice Chancellor (Education) at the University of Cambridge; a Fellow of Downing College, Cambridge and a Bencher of Lincoln's Inn. He is the author of several books on private law, as well as criminal law, including The Principles of the Law of Restitution (Oxford University Press) and, with Paul Davies, Equity & Trusts: Text, Cases, and Materials (Oxford University
