About the Author

Jenni Fleetwood is the author of a series of books on traditional country cooking and is also an established cookery editor with a particular enthusiasm for British food. She likes nothing more than visiting other countries and seeking out - and sampling - the local cuisine. Jenni Fleetwood lives with her family in Suffolk. When not wearing her apron, she works as a storyteller. In addition to her love of cookery, she writes children's books.
