Leo Jansen is Chairman of the Interministerial STD Programme and Professor of Environmental Technology at the University of Delft. Geert van Grootveld is the STD Programme Director. Egbert van Spiegel is Chairman of the Programme's Scientific Advisory Panel. Philip Vergragt is STD Programme Deputy Director and Professor of Technology Assessment at the University of Delft. Paul Weaver is a consultant and writer in the fields of technology, innovation and eco-restructuring and is Director of the Centre for Eco-Efficiency, Enterprise and Economy.
