About the Author

Jo Hemmings is a behavioural psychologist, the UK's first dating coach and sex and relationship expert. She is the psychologist on ITV's Daybreak, the sex therapist on ITV's This Morning and the resident relationship expert for Channel 5 News. She also specialises in celebrity psychology and has worked both on screen and behind the scenes for a number of TV shows, including Big Brother and The X Factor. As well as writing regular contributions for the national press and women's magazines - including The Daily Mail and Grazia - she is the author of five successful books on dating, relationships and sex.
