About the Author

Jefferson Holdridge is Director of Wake Forest University Press and Professor of English at Wake Forest University in North Carolina. His main research interests are modern and contemporary Irish poetry, though he has written on such earlier writers as Swift, Goldsmith, Lady Morgan, and William Carleton. Brian Ó Conchubhair is Associate Professor of Irish Language and Literature at the University of Notre Dame where he serves as Director of the Center for the Study of Languages & Cultures since 2013.
