Sajjan Kumar Chauhan was born on 17 April, 1958 in Sonipat,
Haryana, India. He Joined police service as ASI in 1982 and is now
the Superintendent of Police in Haryana State.
Due to hard work, stress, daily drinking and non-vegetarian food for years, his weight increased to 115 kg in 2003. Multiple health problems such as fistulae, headache, constipation, backache, high blood pressure, survical and sluggishness took over his body. To get rid of these problems, he used different pills, did exercises, used all available online health products, consulted dietitians and doctors but all in vain.
His research answered all his questions related to his health problems. He adopted a new lifestyle, natural food and daily exercises including walking, playing badminton and cricket. The change was a miracle. In the year 2006, he weighed only 88 kg. He looked as smart as he did 10 years ago in 1996. Most of his health problems vanished.
After this experience of miraculous changes and knowledge about health and food, he wishes to deliver his knowledge through this book in a simple and very concise way to his family members, friends, relatives and anxious persons so that they can easily get their answers about health and food.
