Monica Moorehead is a coordinator of Millions for Mumia, an anti-death penalty project of the International Action Center. She is also a leader of the New York chapter of the Women's Fightback Network and was a Workers World Party candidate for U.S. president in 1996 and 2000. She lives in Jersey City, N.J.
