Prakash Nanda, until recently, was a National Fellow with the Indian Council of Historical Research. Educated at the Jawaharlal Nehru University, he has been writing on Indian foreign policy and international relations for the last 18 years in almost all the national newspapers and many international publications. He spent more than a decade in the Times of India as a senior journalist and covered the Ministry of External Affairs for the paper under four Prime Ministers-Narasimha Rao, HD Deve Gowda, IK Gujral and Atal Behari Vajpayee. At present, he is associated with the Sahara group of publications. Widely travelled and a recipient of the Seoul Peace Prize fellowship, his other publications are Vajpayee's Foreign Policy: Daring the Irreversible (1999) and Nuclearisation of Divided Nations: Pakistan-India-Koreas (2001).
