Reviews

"Review - English ""Wieblitz, who has trained and taught at the Orff Institute in Salzburg, Austria, draws from her experlences leading a children's choir to show teachers in all settings and those involved in church music and therapeutic professions how to work with children as they learn to sing in choirs. She focuses on everyday singing and the related aspects of speaking, making music, moving, and dancing, giving examples of breathing, speech, rhythm, vocal, listening, and movement games and exercises, with many photos, musical examples. lesson models, and songs.""In: booknews.com--------------------------------------""A recentwelcome phenomenon has been the upsurage of interest in choral singing. We, as teachers, need to develop, encourage and build on this interest and this book is an invaluable aid. If you can't get to one of Christiane's fantastic workshops then this book, whether you use it as a choir leader or a class teacher, is the next best thing!""Sue ForrestIn: Orff Schulwerk Informationen (Sommer 2013), Heft 88, S.91-92."
