About the Author

Barry Dempster has published fifteen collections of poetry, two volumes of short stories, two novels, and a children's book. Winner of the 2005 Canadian Authors Association Chalmers Award for Poetry, his novel, The Outside World (Pedlar 2013), was nominated for the Trillium Award. Dempster lives in Holland Landing, ON.
