About the Author

Mike Hutcheson, in a 25-year career, has founded three advertising agencies, and most recently has been Managing Director of Saatchi and Saatchi in Auckland. He is also director of a number of private companies with interests ranging from on-line education to property development, and has set up The Lighthouse Ideas Company, a creative consultancy for consumer driven product and brand development.Rebecca Webster is a Consulting Psychologist working in the public health sector, with a special interest in the characteristics of creativity. She has developed techniques for identifying and nurturing "ideas" people, which are now being applied worldwide by Saatchi and Saatchi.
