About the Author

Takashi Goto is an international Sake sommelier. He had moved to New York to find a job at Decibel, the oldest sake bar in the city, where he got deep into the world of sake and connected with international enthusiasts. After coming back to Tokyo, he has organized pop-up bars to attract a different crowd to this traditional Japanese brewage.
