About the Author

Jenn Reese is the author of the previous two Above World novels, Above World and Mirage. She writes science fiction and fantasy adventure stories for readers of all ages and also studies martial arts, including kenpo, tai chi, kung fu, and traditional weapons. About Horizon, she says, "It's not enough to see the humanity in your friends; in Horizon, it's about seeing the humanity in everyone . . . even in the people you think are your enemies."
