About the Author

Kim Ryholt is professor of Egyptology at the University of Copenhagen. He is the author of The Political Situation in Egypt During the Second Intermediate Period C. 18001550 B. C. and Narrative Literature from the Tebtunis Temple Library, both also published by Museum Tusculanum Press.
