William Heath Robinson (31 May 1872 – 13 September 1944) was an English cartoonist and illustrator best known for drawings of ridiculously complicated machines for achieving simple objectives.
'A fantastic read that's well worth the price...This reprinted
masterpiece is W Heath Robinson at his best, and even today it's
both funny and pertinent. ... You could almost call this
educational, but its real appeal lies in the sarcastic, deadpan
text and the brilliant line illustrations.'
