Halo 5: Guardians, the sequel to Halo 4, will be released on the Xbox One in Fall 2015. The Halo games have sold over 60 million units worldwide, grossing almost $3.4 billion. The Halo novels are part of a far-reaching global consumer products line, including bestselling comic books, toys and apparel. Steven Spielberg is currently developing Halo as a premium live-action TV series with Microsoft which will premiere in Fall 2015 on Showtime.
