About the Author

Sue Mayfield grew up in North East England and studied English at Oxford University. She has been writing for fourteen years and has published a number of novels for children and teenagers including Blue (winner of 2002 North East Book Award) and Reckless. Sue teaches creative writing to adults and has led Quiet Days using the senses as a way into prayer.
