About the Author

Terry Golson is a professional chef, cooking instructor, and author whose first cookbook, "For Goodness' Sake, " was a James Beard award nominee. She is also a member of Les Dames d'Escoffier International, a professional organization of women in culinary, fine beverage and hospitality professions. She lives near Boston, Massachusetts, with her husband, sons, and flock of twelve hens.
