Philip Purser-Hallard previously debuted The City of the Saved, a cosmopolis at the end of the Universe, containing the resurrected population of every human being who's ever lived, in Faction Paradox: The Book of the War. He's also contributed short stories to anthologies such as Walking in Eternity.
