"This book presents the issues in employment law in innovative ways
and successfully puts the law in its political, social and economic
context. The range of different materials stimulate discussion
and debate [and it is] attractive to students as it presents
the law in a clear and accessible fashion, is topical, and provides
many activities to help students to cement their learning." - Lisa
Rogers, Senior Lecturer, Birmingham City University.
"The real life context provided in this book is extremely rich and
appropriate. It will prove very useful in engaging students in a
fuller appreciation of the legal issues raised." - Carol Kilgannon,
