About the Author

Pippa Middlehurst, aka Pippy Eats, was the winner of Britain's Best Home Cook 2018, she now runs sell-out supper clubs and workshops across the UK and has recently opened her own permanent cookery space in the heart of Manchester - Noodle Haus. Dumplings and Noodles is her first book.
