Sindi Zilwa is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and a Chartered Director (SA). She is the CEO and co-founder of Nkonki Inc, a Registered Firm of Auditors and Advisors established in 1993 and is a non-executive director of various listed companies. She is also an author of the book. "The ACE Model - Winning Formula for Audit Committees". This book is used by the Institute of Directors to train audit committee members in South Africa and is available on Amazon.com.
