About the Author

David Redbord has been working with individuals and groups who have experienced trauma for over 10 years. He provides coaching, books, courses, and workshops. His two Masters degrees; one in public health and the other in clinical mental health counseling allow him to serve people at the individual and collective level. He also has been certified in several different holistic healing techniques like yoga, reiki, pranic healing, and authentic leadership. He has also been trained in many other techniques including mindfulness, inner child work, shamanic breathwork, Tapping, and compassionate communication. He especially enjoys working with individuals who are driven to look within themselves and create the change they want to see in their lives. He loves to help clients integrate the most difficult parts of themselves so they can move forward in their lives.
