About the Author

Rory Kilalea was born in Zimbabwe of Irish parents. His work has been broadcast on the BBC, and his plays have been performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival; Riverside Studios, London; REPS Theatre, Harare; The Market Theatre, South Africa; and at the Tsavta Theatre, Jerusalem. Rory is currently writing, and lecturing at the Met Film School, Ealing Studios, in London, and teaches workshops internationally on writing and filming. While this collection is set in Africa, the messages of the stories and plays are universal.
