Tricia Springstubb is the author of three previous books about Cody, as well as the middle-grade novel What Happened on Fox Street and Phoebe and Digger, a picture book illustrated by Jeff Newman. A former children's librarian, she lives near Cleveland, Ohio, with her husband. Eliza Wheeler is the author-illustrator of Miss Maple's Seeds and the illustrator of the Newbery Honor Book Doll Bones by Holly Black. Originally from northern Wisconsin, Eliza Wheeler now lives in Los Angeles. Earphones Award winner Natalie Ross is a native Texan. She has been a stage actor for over twenty years and is the author of the children's play Cat Tales: Thoughts from the Family Feline. She has narrated many audiobooks, including romances, thrillers, science fiction, and young adult fiction. She currently resides in the Midwest with her husband, two sons, and four cats.
