About the Author

Danish-born chocolatier Fritz Knipschildt's fine truffles and other chocolates are sold at high-end retailers around the country, including Whole Foods and Dean & DeLuca. He is the owner of Knipschildt and Chocopologie Chocolatiers and lives in Norwalk, Connecticut. Food writer and editor Mary Goodbody has coauthored more than fifty cookbooks and was a senior editor for Chocolatier magazine. She lives in Fairfield, Connecticut.
