A prolific keynote speaker, lecturer, trainer and author, she drives collaboration and change at a national and international level amongst politicians and charity, business, and service leads. The author of five books for young people, her enthusiasm is backed up a PhD in child and adolescent mental health and her own lived experience of self-harming behaviour, anxiety, and depression.
