Brian McDermott is an award-winning chef and food consultant who is
passionate about sharing his love of food with others. As a host,
presenter and demonstrator, he is one of the most sought-after
chefs on the Irish food-festival circuit. He is the author of
several cookbooks and is a regular on RTÉ and BBC television and
radio, and in the local and national press. He lives in Moville, Co
Donegal, with his wife, Brenda, and daughters Niamh and Aoife.
One of Ireland's premier chefs, Neven Maguire was born and reared
in Blacklion, County Caven, where he runs MacNean House and
Restaurant. He has written many cookery books and appeared
regularly on television and radio both at home and
internationally.
