Janne Apelgren is former National Print Editor, Food & Wine, Epicure editor and day editor of The Age, and in three decades of writing and editing has been a travel and food editor for The Age and Sunday Age, and edited or written for several magazines including The Melbourne Weekly, Who Weekly, Sunday Life and Family Circle.
