About the Author

RICHARD LEPSINGER and ANNTOINETTE D. LUCIA are managing partners of Manus, a consulting firm based in Stamford, Connecticut. They have been advising companies on how to use 360 degree feedback, designing feedback instruments, and conducting workshops on the topic for over 20 years. Coca--Cola, Bayer Pharmaceuticals, and GE Capital are among their many clients.
