Mediocre. It is exactly what you might expect from any other remake of a Japanese horror, a passable story in its original form made almost comical by the attempt to translate it to a culture that doesn't connect to it in the same way.

Once again, an utter diversion than the trailer delivers. It wasn't as good as you think. I mean, you have to admit - we were all excitable about The Grudge 2 being released, like everyone was saying, "Yay, The Grudge 2 is out." The plot was totally relying on the countless, relentless murders committed by the utterly (practically boring) stupid brainless murderous spirit. It held the same contents as the first one, I'm not sure why The Grudge was an R16 in the first place; they're both as terrifying, but moderated as the other.

Yet another American remake of a Japanese film, this time a Japanese sequel. Not that it makes any difference - the Japanese versions tend to be much better than the remakes. This film is right mess of a film, and is very boring and also badly made. It tells two stories (that eventually get tied together in a very contrived way) and tells them badly, and ineptly.
