About the Author

F�tima Fern�ndez Christlieb holds a degree in information science from the Ibero-American University and completed postgraduate studies at the National Autonomous University of Mexico, where she currently teaches. She founded the Mexican Association of Communication Researchers and is currently the national coordinator of the Espacios de Calidad en la Radio y la Televisi�n Mexicanas project.
