About the Author

Norman G. Bezane, author of four books, named finalist for best columnist and best independent journalists in the State of Hawaii by the Society of Profesional Journalists Honolulu in 2015 has had a career that appropriately represents bookends: journalists on the Chicago bureau of Business Week magazine, 40 years as corporate magazine editor and public relations professional, now once again a journalist and author. Bezane writers about the visitor experience in Hawaii and remarkable people of aloha from the unique perspective of 27 years as a visitor and 14 as a resident emerged in learning about Hawaiian culture.
