Magnus Johanson has a PhD in Pedagogy and is a Lecturer in Climate studies. He is Head of the Section of built environment at the Department of Urban Studies at Malmö University, Sweden.

Erica Righard, PhD, is a Willy Brandt research fellow at Malmö Institute for Studies of Migration, Diversity and Welfare (MIM), and a senior lecturer at the Departement of Social Work, both at Malmö University.

Tapio Salonen is a Professor in Social Studies and Dean at Malmö University.
