With 15 years in the restaurant industry from her days as a short order cook, terrible waitress, fish wrangler and much later, restaurant critic for Sydney's Time Out, she is one of the city's most prominent voices in the Food and Drink scene. Last year she co-authored the cookbook Recipes for a Good Time (Murdoch Books). No cheese is too stinky, sandwich too enormous, no drink too full of whiskey.
