About the Author

Tara R. Alemany is an award-winning and nationally known inspirational author, speaker, social marketing consultant and publisher. She has authored two books, and co-authored or contributed to three others. Her latest book, The Best is Yet to Come, was released in November 2013, and shares the lessons learned while overcoming the unexpected death of her fianc� in October 2011. Tara speaks frequently on social media, publishing and inspirational topics, and her thoughts and insights have also been included in articles on Carol Roth's Business Unplugged, Marketing Sherpa and Bank of America's Small Business brief, and her content has been reprinted in SOLDLab magazine, Business2Community and AllTop. She is the owner and founder of Aleweb Social Marketing, a consulting company that helps authors, speakers and entrepreneurs use their talents to grow their businesses by strategically positioning themselves online, on-stage and on-the-shelf. Aleweb offers services ranging from book preparation (editing, formatting and publishing through its Emerald Lake Books imprint) through to website design and social profile development, and the training and strategies required to reach your target market with your unique message. She is also the creator of The Bite-Sized Marketer, a video tutorial subscription service that guides you through the process of marketing yourself online, one bite at a time. In addition to consulting, writing and speaking, Tara serves on the Boards of Directors for a Christian writers' critique group and is Chaplain of that same group. In her spare time, she is a novice wine maker, a martial artist, a juggler, Mom to 2 teenagers (one of each), step-Mom to 2 dogs (one of each) and is owned by a black cat.
