About the Author

Belinda McDonald graduated, with a degree in Physiotherapy, in South Africa 16 years ago. She owns and manages her own physiotherapy clinic in Southern California. Dana Hershman is a certified Pilates Instructor certified by the Physical Mid Institute in New York. She has over 18 years of experience in teaching and practicing the Pilates Method. She currently lives in Southern California and has taught throughout Southern California and Hawaii.
