M Iliyas was born on October 5, 1971, in Wazirpur, Delhi.

Since 1971, he has lived in Delhi, Rajasthan, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangladesh and Saudi Arabia. He has written stories and poems such as Transport NCR, Transport 2 Make In India, Science & Terrorism, The Pen, Terrorism, Life Cycle and many others. His experience in three words: -
