About the Author

Larry G. Johnson's nondescript business card identifies him as a self-unemployed wanderer, writer, winemaker, and woodworker. A case could be made that he has established some impressive credentials in each of these areas. When individuals talk about what they would like to do, many say own an independent bookstore. The author has done that. He owned one of the oldest bookstores in the United Sates. When people talk about where they would like to go, a number say Alaska. The author has not just been, but he also migrates back and forth on a regular basis. Other folks wish they could write a book.
