About the Author

Dr Linda Papadopoulos is a psychologist with her own London practice and list of celebrity clients. She regularly appears on television - as psychologist for Britain's Worst Drivers, Big Brother and This Morning among other programmes. She also is resident psychologist for Cosmopolitan, with her own monthly column, and a lecturer at London Guildhall University.
