About the Author

Akhil Behl, CCIE No. 19564 (Collaboration and Security; PMP, ITIL, VCP, TOGAF, CEH, ISO/IEC 27002) is Pre-Sales Manager with a leading service provider. His charter encompasses IoT, collaboration, security, infrastructure, service management, cloud, and data center technologies. He has 13+ years of experience in leadership, advisory, business development, and consulting roles with various organizations, including Cisco. His books include CCIE Collaboration Quick Reference, Securing Cisco IP Telephony Networks, and Implementing Cisco IP Telephony and Video (Part 2).

Berni Gardiner (CCSI, CCNP Voice), an independent telecommunications consultant, has been a Certified Cisco Systems Instructor since 1998. She began her software development career in the 1980s, then collaborated on building Prince Edward Island’s first commercial ISP, and was key in developing one of the first Canadian national ISP offerings. As instructor and course developer, she currently focuses on Cisco’s collaboration products and QoS implementations.

Josh Finke, CCIE No. 25707 (CCNP, CCDP, CCNA, CCDA, Cisco Meeting Place Specialist) is Engineering and Services Manager for Iron Bow Technologies, a Cisco Gold and Master Unified Communications Partner.
