About the Author

Nigel Acheson is a Consultant at Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital, Exeter. David Luesley is a Professor and Clinical Director for Gynaecology at City Hospital (Birmingham). He sits on the RCOG Subspecialty Committee as the British Gynaecological Cancer Society representative.
