Steven Boyes is Principal of MPW London and has been a director of the MPW Group since 1997. Melanie Allen is a qualified solicitor. Her varied legal career has encompassed working as a corporate lawyer in the City, an entertainment lawyer in the West End, and a wills and probate lawyer in a small high-street firm.
