Mr. Tyre has negotiated international franchise agreements in dozens of countries and has written numerous legal and business articles on franchising that have been published worldwide. One of the Contributing Authors is John Syekei of Coulson Harney, who is based in Nairobi, Kenya. Mr. Syekei is a partner at Coulson Harney and currently practices as an attorney in the firm's Intellectual Property Department.
