Tommaso Bonaventura was born in Rome in 1969. His reportages have been published on the most important international magazines. Among the several rewards that he was given, in 2005 he won the first prize at World Press Photo, category Arts and Entertainment singles, and in 2010 the first prize at Sony World Photography Awards, portraits category.
